At present ,we carries out the countryside collective land investigation and registration work in the nation-wide scale to establish the land entire data covering ,which has the very vital significance to the country and the farmer individuals.In the second half of 2012,Wuhan far city development to the countryside collective land employment right experiment site work , in view of the collective land employment right work characteristic ,our institute has carried on the related software research .We has explored a set of operation integration chart system through the wide range achievement application .The operation result shows that this system enhancement working efficiency enormously and savethe produc -tion costs in the meantime .So it provides important guarantee for the next step of work to carry out a comprehensive coun -tryside collective land investigation and registration .%目前在全国范围内开展农村集体土地调查登记发证工作，目的是建立土地全覆盖的数据集成，对国家和农民个体都有很重要的意义。2012年下半年武汉市新城区开展了农村集体土地使用权地籍调查试点工作，针对武汉市集体土地使用权工作特点，进行了相关软件研发，经过大范围的应用，探索了一套内外业一体化成图系统，经生产实践表明，该系统极大地提高了工作效率，节约了生产成本，为下一步农调工作全面开展提供了重要保障。
