轨道交通车辆架控制动系统建模及防滑控制研究

         

摘要

制动系统的性能对列车安全运行有重要的影响.在原理分析的基础上,利用AMESim仿真软件对EP2002制动系统气动阀单元(PVU)进行了建模,并通过常用制动和紧急制动仿真验证模型的正确性.在MATLAB/Simulink软件环境下搭建列车动力学模型,并编写防滑控制逻辑,与AMESim气动阀模型进行联合仿真,验证防滑逻辑的有效性.从常用制动和紧急制动仿真结果可以得出,所搭建的EP2002的PVU与真实系统的反应一致,验证了PVU模型的正确性.从防滑控制仿真结果可以看出,所设计的防滑控制逻辑能够达到控制要求,在发生连续滑行时能够达到稳定的防滑效果,为实际列车制动系统的设计和故障的解决提供了有效的模型基础.%The performance of brake system is very important for the safe operation of trains.On the basis of principle analysis,a pneumatic valve unit(PVU)model of EP2002 brake system is built up by using AMESim simulation software,the correctness of the model is verified through the simulation of service brake and emergency brake.Then a dynamics model of train is built in MATLAB/Simulink environment,the anti-slip control logic is compiled.To verify the validity of slip logic,co-simulation is conducted between AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results of service brake and emergency brake show that the PVU model of EP2002 reacts consistently with real systems,thus the correctness of PVU model is verified.Meanwhile,the simulation results of anti-slip control show that a stable performance of anti-slip has been achieved even in continuous slip condition,which means that the designed anti-slip control logic could meet the control requirements.The research provides an effective model for the actual braking system design and failure solution.
