正The author took part in the field investigationof the flooded areas in the Huihe River and LakeTai Basin.She made analysis of the experience andlessons in the project planning for prevention ofvery serious floods which took place in 1991 andpointed out that it is very important to raise thecity＇s capacity of flood-prevention by stepping upsuch work as the adaptation evaluation of city＇sLand,flood drainage,non-engineering measuresand so on.
