灵活型公交服务系统及其研究进展综述

         

摘要

作为一种新型的公共交通服务方式,灵活型公交服务系统能够进一步提升城市公共交通系统服务品质,并将成为一体化城市综合公共交通体系的重要组成部分。对灵活型公交服务的产生及40多年的发展历程进行回顾,总结该系统的分类、运营模式以及主要研究进展,并深入剖析国外已有的相关理论与方法应用于中国城市公共交通规划和运营实践的局限性。研究表明,灵活型公交服务系统的关键理论研究聚焦于边界条件决策、关键运营参数设置以及线路优化与协调三个方面。而如何结合中国城市居民出行特性及公共交通规划与运营实践,将国外已有研究成果创新性地应用于中国现实环境,是未来研究中需要密切关注的问题。%As a new public transit service, flexible transit system provides flexible transit services that are complementary to the public transportation service. Flexible transit should become an important compo-nent of an integrated urban public transportation system. By reviewing flexible transit development in the past 40 plus years, this paper summarizes the system’s operational classification, operational characteris-tics and its main research progress. The applicability and limitation of the overseas flexible transit service are also discussed. The review shows that theoretical studies on flexible transit service mainly focus on boundary condition of decision-making, key operational parameters selection, and coordination of route de-sign and bus scheduling. The paper points out that future studies should focus on how to improve public transportation planning and operation using overseas research with consideration of residents’ travel char-acteristics in China.
