Along with the developers to underground garage cost control attention, reasonable design, cost of underground garage has become an important part of residential design. In this paper, from the planning conditions, design, parking and column arrangement, high-level design, entrance design, struc-ture design, equipment design, basement roof covering soil thi-ckness, building materials and construction practices and other aspects, summarizes the design of underground garage conditi-onns, influence factors and the design points, is proposed to i-mprove the effective measures of economy of the underground garage, to help the underground garage in residential areas the economic design.% 随着开发商对地下汽车库的成本控制的重视，设计合理、成本经济的地下汽车库已成为居住区设计的重要一环。本文从规划条件、方案设计、车位与柱网布置、层高设计、出入口设计、结构方案设计、设备方案设计、地库顶板的覆土厚度、建筑材料构造做法等各个方面，总结了地下汽车库设计的条件、影响因素和设计要点，提出了提高地下汽车库经济性的有效措施，希望对居住区地下汽车库经济性设计有所助益。
