工业革命以后，世界经济迅速发展。工业是把双刃剑，带给我们发展的同时，也带来了一系列的问题，其中最大的问题就是环境问题。如今，全球气候变暖日趋严重，罪魁祸首就是二氧化碳等温室气体。它们现在的排放量越来越大，已经逐渐危害到了人类的健康，更严重的是已经危害到了地球生命的生存环境。所以，在工业快速增长，城市建设与发展迅速的状态下，低碳路线已经成为人类的首选之路。将低碳城市的理念融入到城市的建设与发展当中以解决碳排放问题是当前全世界城市发展的方向。本文对国内外的低碳城市理论研究及建设实践进行了分析。%After the industrial revolution, the world economy developed rapidly.
