本文针对目前建筑工程项目管理存在的问题，提出了项目管理创新原则和工程项目管理创新策略。策略内容主要为理念、机制和技术三个方面的创新，即基于服务和可持续发展的创新管理理念，涵盖物质、精神、舆论、民主和监督五个方面的激励与约束创新机制，引入物联网的项目管理创新技术。创新策略的提出，对提高建筑企业的管理水平和核心竞争力有着一定的指导意义。%Aiming at the existing problems of construction pr-oject management, the project management innovation prince-ple and project management innovation strategy, innovation st-rategy for the main content of three aspects of concept, mecha-nism and technology, namely innovation management services and sustainable development based on the concept of incentiv-e and constraint mechanism innovation, covering five aspects the material, spirit, democracy, public opinion and supervisio-n, technical innovation project management into the Internet of things. Put ing forward the innovation strategy has a certain g-uiding significance to improve the management level and core competetiveness of construction enterprise.
