党的“十八大”报告明确提出新型城镇化战略，城市天际线规划也面临更高的要求。建立天际线景观评价体系，实现公众参与和动态跟踪，完善天际线相关法律法规的策略。本文结合重庆市天际线提出了设计建议。%The 18th Party Congress report clearly pointed out the new strategy of urbanization, and the city skyline plan also facing higher requirements. To establish the evaluation system of skyline, implement public participation and dynamic tracki-ng;improve the skyline of relevant laws and regulations, com-bined with the Chongqing city skyline proposes design sug-gestions.
