Along with our country economic development, hi-ghway engineering construction industry is also in high speed development. Each area is indispensable in highway engineeri-ng, especial y in the economic developed area, now a lot of ru-ral highway construction is being carried out. But there are ma-ny problems in the project management system of highway at the present stage, this paper analyzes aiming at these problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.%随着我国经济不断发展，建设行业公路工程也在高速的发展。每个地区都少不了公路工程，尤其是经济发达地区，现在很多乡村公路建设正在进行。但是在现阶段公路工程管理制度存在很多问题，本文针对这些问题作了分析，并提出了相应的对策。
