Based on the commercial contract management practices of Algerian engineering projects, this paper analyzes the capital plans and cash flow management methods of similar national projects, points out the importance of cash flow management in overseas projects. In face of all kinds of uncertainties and project risk of the territorial state, how to strengthen the dynamic management of the cash flow in terms of the internal control system and the organizational structure and then realize the balance and stability of the cash flow is studied and the case for the sustainable development of the enterprise is given.%本文立足于阿尔及利亚工程项目的商务合约管理实践,对类似国家工程项目的资金计划、现金流管理方式进行了分析论述.指出了现金流管理在海外项目中的重要性.面对属地国的各种不确定因素与工程风险,如何在内控制度、组织架构设置等方面强化现金流的动态管理,进而实现现金流转的平衡与稳定,对企业可持续性发展方面给出了借鉴案例.
