In this paper, a uniform test design table of U*9(94)is designed according to the range of the uniform test design and the filler. According to the measured tensile properties, compressive resilience and creep relaxation performance parameters of the gasket, a regression equation is established. After the test and analysis, expanded graphite has been found to affect the tensile properties of the gasket to a certain extent, and it is significant factor after the equation test.%本文依据均匀试验设计表及填料的取值范围设计了U*9(94)的均匀试验设计表,根据制取垫片所测量的拉伸性能、压缩回弹性能、蠕变松弛性能参数建立回归方程式.经检验分析,发现膨胀石墨在一定程度上影响垫片的拉伸性能,并且方程检验后为显著因素.
