In 1998, China abolished the housing welfare policy, which led to the residents of Guangzhou began to purchase their own homes, the purchase of a hot moment swept Guangzhou. With the increase in the cost of housing construction and housing demand continues to increase, the high prices of Guangzhou city residents brought some problems, especially have great influence on the youth groups, have some resistance to their purchase.
