Research on the growth of real estate enterprise is of great significance for the steady development of the real estate industry. Based on financial perspective, this research draws on the related literature at home and abroad for reference, combined with the growth feature of the real estate listed companies, to select development capacity, profitability, assets operation ability, debt paying ability, cash flow level five levels, a total of 14 financial indicators to construct the evaluation index system. The entropy weight method is adopted, with the aid of analyzing the real estate listed companies in the top 50 of 19 companies listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen 2013 financial section data, determining the financial index weight, and determining various enterprises correlation score and ranking combined with grey correlation analysis (GRA) method, to provide a new research idea for evaluation of the enterprise growth.%房地产企业成长性研究对房地产行业稳健发展意义重大.基于财务视角,借鉴国内外相关文献,结合房地产上市公司成长性特征,选取发展能力、获利能力、资产营运能力、偿债能力、现金流量水平5个层面共14个财务指标构建评价指标体系.采用熵权法对房地产上市公司50强中沪深上市的19家企业2013年财务截面数据进行分析,确定各财务指标权重,并结合灰色关联分析法(GRA)求得各企业关联度得分及排名,给企业成长性评价研究提供一种新思路.
