SPC烟叶复烤加工过程在烟碱含量测定中的应用

         

摘要

In order to improve the control of the process of re-roasting tobacco, the main chemical composition of tobacco leaves was selected to carry out multiple sampling tests. The statistical process capability analysis method (SPC) and control chart were used, the CC03 tobacco leaves of origin for QuJing was analyzed. With the help of Minitab analysis software, the distribution histogram of nicotine content, the nicotine content box chart and the process capacity control map, which mainly affected the quality of tobacco leaves, were obtained. The results showed that the process capacity index of nicotine content in finished tobacco leaves was low, and the control of nicotine content in CC03 tobacco was the general level. It is very important to obtain the effect of the ratio of raw materials, the temperature and humidity control of re-baking, the way of running leaves and so on. The influence of the change of nicotine content in the process of re-baking is very important. Humidity control and the choice of leaves and other aspects of the link should be adjusted to improve the control of nicotine content in the Kirin re-drying factory.%为提高对复烤烟叶过程的控制力度,云南麒麟复烤厂选取影响烟叶内在质量主要化学成分的烟碱指标进行多次抽样检测,尝试使用统计过程能力分析方法(简称SPC)及控制图,选取原产地为曲靖沾益的CC03打叶烟叶成品烟碱含量作为分析指标.借助Minitab分析软件,得到主要影响烟叶质量的烟碱含量的分布直方图、烟碱含量箱线图以及过程能力控制图.结果表明,麒麟复烤厂2016烤季加工的成品烟叶中烟碱含量的过程能力指数偏低,在CC03烟叶复烤的过程中烟碱含量的控制为一般水平,经查阅资料得出复烤过程中原料的配比、复烤的温度湿度控制、润叶方式等工序对复烤过程中烟碱的含量变化的影响尤为重要,麒麟复烤厂在对复烤温湿度的控制和润叶方式的选择等环节应该做出调整以提高烟碱含量的控制.
