大型油气田工程项目结算滞后是长期困扰建设单位和施工单位的一个难题,严重影响双方企业的正常生产经营活动.为此,以大型油气田工程项目为研究对象,从设计、施工、监理和建设单位在结算管理中常发生的问题,系统分析了工程项目结算滞后的主要原因,提出了完善制度、加强人员培训、强化设计管理等九个方面的对策,为提高大型油气田工程项目结算时效,提供了很好的建议.%The lag of the settlement of large oil and gas field projects is a difficult problem for the construction unit and the construction unit, which seriously affects the normal production and operation activities of the enterprises. For this, to large oil and gas field engineering project as the research object, from the design, construction, supervision and construction units in settlement management problems, this paper systematically analyzes the settlement and the main reason for the lag of the project, and puts forward nine aspects of countermeasures, such as perfecting system, strengthening personnel training, strengthening design management, which provide good suggestions for improving the settlement time limit of large-scale oil and gas field projects.
