'全面二孩'政策下职业女性工作生活平衡对策研究

         

摘要

The implementation of the policy of "two children" will affect women's employment, work-life balance and career development to some extent. On the basis of a review of the literature on the work-life balance, the paper proposes a concept that is government, businesses, families and individuals to share the task of balancing the work and life. Through the establishment of a paternity leave for fathers, establishing a three-dimensional system of child care services, building a corporate culture that supports work-life balance, introducing a series of measures such as virtual human resources management, adopting flexible work systems and providing family care and welfare services, we help women work and families balance.%"全面二孩"政策的实施,会对女性的就业、工作生活平衡和职业发展造成一定的影响,文章在对工作生活平衡相关文献回顾的基础上,提出构建多维立体化的,由国家、企业、家庭和个人共同承担平衡工作和生活任务的构想.通过设立父亲育儿假、构建立体化托幼服务体系、营造支持工作生活平衡的企业文化,引入虚拟人力资源管理、采用弹性工作制和提供家庭照顾福利等一系列措施,助力职业女性的工作与家庭平衡.
