通过对地方高职院校自身办学和基建等方面特点的分析,结合普通高校常见的融投资模式提出将社会基建领域常用的TOT模式,应用于地方高职院校新校区基建的融投资,并进一步阐明地方高职院校采用TOT模式的优势,同时基于定量理论计算初步建立应用分析模型,最后阐明地方高职院校基建融投资采用TOT模式时需要注意的问题.%By analyzing the characteristics of local higher vocational colleges in running their own schools and infrastructure, combined with the common financial investment model in colleges and universities, this paper proposes that the common TOT pattern in social infrastructure should be applied to the financing of new campus infrastructures in local higher vocational colleges, and further clarifies the advantages of adopting TOT mode in local higher vocational colleges. At the same time, the application analysis model is established based on the quantitative theory calculation. At last, the problems that need attention are pointed out when TOT mode is adopted in infrastructure construction financing in local higher vocational colleges.
