烟草中耕培土机传动系统设计

         

摘要

A cultivator is needed to realize a plurality of field management functions such as weeding, banking and fertilization during the growth period of tobacco. A new type of tobacco cultivators was designed according to the characteristics of the existing machine which was easy to hurt seedlings and had low operation efficiency and with the single drive mode. The power was transmitted to the hydraulic system via a two stage elevator through the high-clearance tractor power output shaft. Finally, two ridge was banked up by the rotation of four hydraulic motors. The drive system was designed and analyzed. The data base was provided for the manufacture of tobacco cultivators.%烟叶在生长期间,需要中耕机械来实现除草、培土、施肥等多项田间管理功能.针对现有培土机易伤苗、作业效率低,且传动方式单一的特点,设计了一种新型烟草中耕培土机,高地隙拖拉机动力输出轴通过二级升速器将动力传递给液压系统,最终驱动四个液压马达转动实现跨行两垄沟培土.主要对其传动系统进行设计与分析,为烟草中耕培土机制造提供数据基础.
