The most important part in construction management is the estimation of construction cost. In the early stage of construction, the cost estimation of construction projects is an essential part. As the construction project is subject to many factors, the accuracy of the cost estimate of the construction project is also affected accordingly. Application of artificial intelligence technology in estimation of construction costs can raise the accuracy of estimation of construction costs.
