近几年来,国家对除险加固工程的投资不断加大,许多存在安全隐患的水库都得到了修缮,除险加固工程的设计方案和施工工艺不断成熟.本文就土石坝除险加固工程防洪标准的确定、除险加固措施以及大坝监测系统的完善等问题进行探讨.%In recent years, the state has continuously increased investment in risk removal and reinforcement projects and many reservoirs with potential safety hazards have been renovated. Design plans and construction techniques of risk removal and reinforcement projects have matured. In this paper, the determination of flood control standards for risk removal and reinforcement projects of earthwork rockfill dam, risk removal and reinforcement projects measures and the improvement of dam monitoring system are discussed.
