Through the analysis of the consciousness of science and technology workers in Guangxi Autonomous Region, drawing on the research results and theoretical foundation of domestic and foreign scholars for many years, combined with the successful experience of the world's leading scientists and technologists in the protection of intellectual property, this paper believes that implementing innovation-driven strategy and leading innovation in all aspects must promote scientific and technological innovation as the leading force. Science and technology workers must work hard to protect their intellectual property rights. Finally, this paper deeply studies the scientific and technological workers' awareness of scientific consciousness and intellectual property in Guangxi and their influence on the result of behavior. It also puts forward some suggestions in order to help the innovation drive strategy of Guangxi government or other units in the same industry.%本文旨在通过对广西自治区科技工作者意识状况分析,借鉴国内外学者多年的研究成果和理论依据,结合国际领先的科技工作者在知识产权保护方面的成功经验,认为实施创新驱动战略,引领全面创新,必须推动科技创新成为龙头,必须在科技工作者的科学意识上下功夫,为知识产权保护保驾护航.最后对广西科技工作者在科学意识、知识产权认知水平及意识状态进行深入研究,对其产生的行为结果的影响进行详细分析,并提出了相关建议,以期对广西自治区政府或同行业的其他单位的创新驱动战略有所借鉴和帮助.
