园林工程是城市建设、绿化项目的主要工程项目,成本的预算是项目成本管理中的重要环节,是成本管理中成本计划的重要组成部分.园林工程的管理中,工程预算涉及环节较多,管理起来偏复杂.本文以园林工程预算的内容出发,阐述目前园林工程预算管理中存在的问题,结合目前园林工程发展的状况及国家对园林工程的政策管理,提出完善园林工程预算的改进策略.%Landscape engineering is the major project of urban construction and afforestation projects. The cost budget is an important link in project cost management and an important part of the cost plan in cost management. In the management of garden project, the engineering budget involves more links and management is more complicated. Based on the content of the landscape engineering budget, this paper describes the current problems in the landscape engineering budget management. Based on the current development of landscape engineering and state policy on landscape engineering, this paper proposes an improved strategy to improve the landscape engineering budget.
