小微企业已经成为我国国民经济重要组成部分.但由于主客观原因其投资风险控制能力相对大中型企业来说极为脆弱,一旦投资失败,对小微企业来说打击也是致命的.因此,小微企业尤其需要重视投资风险.本文对我国小微企业投资风险控制的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并进一步提出了化解投资风险的对策建议.%Small and micro enterprises have become an important part of China's national economy. However, due to subjective and objective reasons, their investment risk control capability is extremely weak compared with that of large and medium-sized enterprises. Once the investment fails, the fight against small and micro enterprises is also fatal. Therefore, small and micro enterprises need to pay particular attention to investment risk. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the investment risk control of small and micro enterprises in China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for resolving the investment risks.
