在我国经济发展过程中,海洋装备制造工程一直国家予以高度注重的项目,而且早在十二五规划中也对其予以了有效的明确,并且将其作为高端装备制造业发展以及振兴的一个重要方向,特别是对于海洋钻井平台以及船舶制造业来说.在海洋工程装备制造工程中,其主要的加工制造工艺就是焊接,虽然近些年我国海洋工程焊接技术得到了非常迅速的提高,但是与其他一些发达国家相比仍然存在一定的差距,所以在我国海洋装备制造工艺中,优质高效的焊接技术已然成为一门关键技术,同时也是海洋工程装备产业长期战略的重要因素所在,而在本文中我们主要对海洋工程装备制造过程中焊接质量管理进行了简单的分析与探讨,以供参考.%In the process of economic development in China, marine equipment manufacturing project has been highly emphasized by the country, and it has been effectively and clearly defined as early as the 12th Five-Year Plan, and it is also regarded as an important direction for the development and revitalization of high-end equipment manufacturing, especially for offshore drilling platforms and shipbuilding. In the marine engineering equipment manufacturing project, the main manufacturing process is welding. Although the ocean engineering welding technology has been very rapidly improved in recent years, there is still a gap compared with other developed countries. Therefore, in marine equipment manufacturing process, high quality and efficient welding technology is not only a key technology, but also an important factor in the long-term strategy of ocean engineering equipment industry. This paper analyzes and discusses the welding quality management in the ocean engineering equipment manufacturing process to provide reference.
