实践中提升高职酒店管理专业学生职业能力的研究

         

摘要

近年来,国内酒店业可谓是迅猛发展,但同时也存在一些制约因素,如人员素质、服务质量以及经营管理等.高职酒店管理专业专门为酒店行业输送人才,为了促进酒店业更好发展,提升服务质量并保证顾客满意度,那么就必须注重对学生职业能力的培养.然而,在面对酒店业对从业人员越来越严格的要求并强调能力的情形下,如今高职酒店管理专业培养的人才无法符合其需求的现状也越发突出,就业结构性矛盾显现.因此,高等职业教育应当发挥积极作用,不断提升学生职业能力,有效缓解校企之间对人才供需要求的不一致性,而高职酒店管理专业还需要强化教学质量并进行相应的改革,以学生职业能力、就业能力与质量为重点培养方向,这是目前及将来高职酒店管理专业职业教育的重要任务.%In recent years, the hotel industry in China has got rapid development, but there are also some constraints, such as the quality of personnel, service quality and management. Hotel management specialty in higher vocational colleges specifically convey talents for the hotel industry. In order to promote the hotel industry development, improve service quality and customer satisfaction, we must focus on the cultivation of students' professional ability. However, in the face of the hotel industry's increasingly stringent requirements on employees and emphasize their ability, the current situation that the talents trained by hotel management specialty in higher vocational schools can not meet their needs is also becoming more prominent. The structural contradiction of employment appears. Therefore, the higher vocational education should play an active role in continuously improving students' occupational ability and effectively alleviating the inconsistency between the demand and supply of qualified personnel. The hotel management specialty also needs to strengthen the teaching quality and carry out the corresponding reform. Ability, employability and quality as the focus of training is the important task of hotel management specialty in higher vocational colleges now and in the future.
