Innovation-oriented economy is the inevitable road of China's economic development, and High-tech Park is an important support for innovative economic development. In this paper, we used the empirical mode decomposition method to calculate the monthly data from January 2009 to September 2015 of the innovation input indexes of Zhongguancun High-tech Park. The result shows that the innovation resource allocation of Zhongguancun High-tech Park is not balanced, and the innovation funds input and manpower input cycles are not symmetrical, which directly affect the economic stability.%创新型经济是中国经济发展的必然之路,而高新技术园区是建设创新型经济的重要支撑.本文采用经验模态分解方法,分别对2009年1月到2015年9月中关村示范区创新投入指标的月度数据进行测算分析.结果表明,中关村示范区创新资源配置并不均衡,创新的资金投入和人力投入周期并不对称,直接影响经济稳定性.
