基于重大事故的施工场地危险源分析与控制

         

摘要

施工现场的高事故率带来的损失和以人为本的理念让现代施工企业不断重视职业健康与安全环境管理,对危险源的识别、分析与控制是降低施工现场重大安全事故发生频率的有效方法.本文基于近三年的建筑施工现场重大事故的统计数据进行分析,发现主要的危险源种类并分析其引发事故的原因,得出塔吊是重大事故中频率最高的危险源的结论,并从"安全第一、预防为主"的角度出发,提出六位一体、持续改进的危险源管理思想和塔吊的控制措施.%Due to the great loss of high accident rate in construction sites and the increasing conscious of people-oriented concept, modern construction enterprises have paid attention to the management of occupational health and safety environment. It's the identification, analysis and control of hazards that reduce the frequency of major accidents in construction sites effectively. In this essay, we analyze the statistics based on the major accident in past three years, find out the main type of hazards and the reasons why they cause accidents, and conclude that tower crane is the supreme frequency hazard. Therefore, from the point of view of "safety first, precaution upmost", this essay come up with the idea of six parts of management and continuous improvement, put forward the control measures of tower crane.
