本文运用POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation)基本研究方法,对昆明理工大学怡园的开敞空间进行调查研究.通过实地勘察、深度访问等形式,来了解使用者的行为和心理活动,从中了解使用者对环境的需求.最后根据调查所获的资料进行整理、分析,最终得到POE报告,报告有助于改善该开敞空间的环境设施,提高管理水平,从而使其能充分发挥效用,满足使用者需求,同时对校园其他开敞空间也有一定的借鉴意义.%The article investigates and analyses the open space of Yiyuan in Kunming University of Science and Technology by adopting the method of post occupancy evaluation, and learns the behavior, mental activity and requires to environment of users by observation and interview. Then, according to finishing and analysis of the data, this article gets the POE Report which can improve environmental facilities, management level and satisfied need of users. Meanwhile, it can be helpful for other open spaces in campus.
