房地产项目风险性高,众所周知.本文拟从房地产项目投资决策、土地获取、项目建设和租售管理这四个阶段存在的风险因素出发,采用模糊综合评价方法,对项目的风险进行评估,希望能借此引导房地产商进行合理投资.%As we all know, real estate projects have high risk. Based on the risk factors in investment decision-making, land acquisition, project construction and rent management of the real estate project, this article adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of the project and hopes to guide the real estate developer to make reasonable investment.
