承德双峰寺水库库区淹没人口1300余宅基地户,规划安置移民6100余人.土地补偿采用2014年河北省土地区片标准,搬迁安置为货币补偿方案,突破了现行移民条例,对其进行分析,为以后国内类似水利工程移民安置工作提供借鉴.%In Shuangfengsi reservoir area, there are more than 1,300 homesteads have been inundated and in the plan 6,100 people will be resettled. The land compensation adopts the land standard of Hebei Province in 2014 and the relocation and resettlement adopts the monetary compensation plan, which breaks through the current immigration regulations. This paper analyzes them to provide reference for resettlement work of similar domestic water conservancy projects in the future.
