High-tech industry innovation is an important measure to promote the development of regional economy. This article constructs the influencing factors and concrete measures of the QFD-based high-tech industry innovation market environment. Taking the high-tech industries in Jiangsu Province as an example, this article focuses on six factors that affect the market environment of industrial innovation: policy system, financial market, social culture, science and technology development, talent support, market demand, and makes quantitative analysis of the relationship between various factors and specific industrial innovation measures, sorts the factors according to the relative weights and the measures according to the importance. The results show that innovation of high-tech industries in Jiangsu Province urgently stimulates the market demand and strengthens the financial market protection, and invigorates the social atmosphere of the innovative culture.%高新技术产业创新是推动区域经济发展的重要举措.本文构建基于QFD的高新技术产业创新市场环境的影响因素与具体措施,以江苏省高新技术产业为例,针对影响产业创新市场环境培育的六大因素:政策制度、金融市场、社会文化、科技发展、人才支撑、市场需求,定量分析各因素同具体产业创新措施间的关系程度,以因素间相对权重及措施间重要度排序,研究发现:江苏省高新技术产业创新亟待激发市场需求动力,强化金融市场保障,活跃创新文化的社会化氛围.
