目的:对北京市朝阳区14家社区卫生服务中心进行调研,分析其信息化建设现状,并找出信息化建设过程中存在的问题,提出合适的解决策略.方法:采取访谈和问卷调查相结合的研究方法,从信息化建设的保障体系、基础建设情况、信息化应用情况、信息的整合共享情况和信息安全等五个方面进行社区卫生服务中心的信息化建设情况的现状研究.结论:朝阳区作为北京市社区卫生服务信息化建设的重点区,虽然成就不小,但我们在访谈、实地调查和问卷调查中发现其信息化建设中仍然存在一些问题,如保障体系中的人力资源及培训情况、信息化基础建设中的员工信息化技能整体水平、信息化应用中的门户网站建设水平和信息安全中的突发情况应急水平较差.%Objective: To analyze the current situation of information construction of the 14 community health service centers in Chaoyang District, Beijing City, find out the existing problems in the process of information construction and put forward the appropriate solutions. Methods: Use the research method of the combination of interview and questionnaire survey, study the information construction of community health service centers from security system, infrastructure construction, information application, information integration and sharing and information security of information construction. Conclusion: As the key area of community health service information construction of Beijing, Chaoyang District has made great achievements. But in the interview, field survey and questionnaire survey, it is found that there are still some problems in its information construction, such as the human resources and training security system, the overall level of employees' skills in the basic information construction, the portal website construction level of the information application and the emergency level of the information security are poor.
