With the progress of urbanization, the urban water consumption increases a lot. The investment and construction of municipal water supply pipe is increasing. Municipal water supply pipe is a kind of linear project, it is in the urban areas. A lot of factors affect its cost. This paper takes the construction of municipal water supply pipe in Fuzhou as an example, explores the whole-process cost management of the decision-making, design, bidding, implementation and final accounts of the municipal water supply pipe to ensure the quality and reduce the cost to economically and reasonably construct the municipal water supply pipe.%随着城市化进程推进,城市用水量突飞猛进,市政给水管投资建设日益增加.市政给水管属于线型工程,多处于市区内,影响其造价的因素很多,本文以福州市区市政给水管建设为例,探讨市政给水管的决策、设计、招投标、实施、竣工决算等全过程造价管理,旨在确保质量的前提下将造价降到最低,力求经济合理地建设市政给水管.
