地铁车站明挖隧道防水施工技术研究

         

摘要

In the subway station construction, waterproof construction has always been a key point of tunnel construction, waterproof construction effect is a direct impact on tunnel engineering quality, safety and service life. This paper takes cut and cover tunnel subway station waterproof construction engineering as background, starts from the determination of effective waterproof program, focuses on the quality of waterproof construction to ensure waterproof effect. Proved by engineering practice, the cut and cover tunnel, reinforced concrete from water as a fundamental, construction joints and deformation, wear waterproof tube wall construction, pile head and other parts as the key points, the structure of the positive side all-inclusive set of flexible waterproof layer as core, can achieve better waterproof effect. In the choice of waterproof material, it is advisable to use flexible waterproof layer and waterproof material, which is not easy to channeling water to reduce the adverse effect of channeling water on the maintenance work.%在地铁车站施工中,防水施工向来是车站深基坑施工的关键之处,防水施工的效果也直接影响着工程的质量、安全和使用寿命.本文以地铁车站明挖隧道防水施工为工程背景,从确定有效的防水方案入手,做好重点部位防水施工的质量,以确保防水效果.通过工程实践证明,对于明挖隧道,需以钢筋混凝土自防水为根本,以施工缝、变形缝、穿墙管、桩头等部位的防水施工为重点,以结构迎水面设置柔性全包防水层为核心,可取得较好的防水效果.在防水材料选择上,宜选用柔性防水层及不易窜水的防水材料,以减少窜水对后期堵漏维修工作带来的不利影响.
