Domestic construction is generally used in the way of field production, while as a new type of building construction, compared with the traditional construction, it has the advantages of shortening construction period, ensuring project quality, saving energy and reducing emissions.This paper first introduces the development of the assembly building at home and abroad, then it introduces the concept, characteristics, advantages and other basic features of the assembly building. At last, it analyzes the problems existing in the present stage of the assembly building in China, and the existing problems are analyzed, and finally the development of the assembly building in China is prospected.%国内建筑一般都采用现场制作的方式,而装配式建筑作为一种新型房屋建筑,与传统建造相比具有缩短工程工期、确保工程质量、节能减排等优势.本文先介绍了装配式建筑的国内外发展状况,然后介绍了装配式建筑的概念、特点、优势等基本特征,最后分析了装配式建筑在我国现阶段存在的问题,并对存在的问题进行了分析,最后对装配式建筑在我国的发展进行了展望.
