目的:找出对工程造价众多影响因素中最大的影响因素;方法:选取土地的费用、设计的费用、施工图预算、工程变更费用、工期、人工材料机械价格这6个主要因素,根据灰色关联分析,按大小对工程造价与这些因素间的灰色绝对关联度进行排序.结果:施工图预算这个影响因素与工程造价的关联度最大;结论:施工图预算是影响工程造价最大的因素.%Objective: To find out the most influential factor of project cost. Methods: Land cost, design cost, construction drawing budget, engineering change cost, construction period and artificial material machinery price are selected as the main factors. According to gray correlation analysis, the gray absolute correlation between these factors and project cost is sorted according to degree. Results:Construction drawing budget has the greatest relevant degree with the project cost. Conclusion: Construction drawing budget is the most influential factor of project cost.
