ANP-决策树分类在多项目风险评价中的应用

         

摘要

建筑工程领域大型施工企业存在数量众多、性质迥异的项目,由此造成项目风险评价过程的不确定性及评价方法的复杂低效性.文章建立了基于网络层次分析法(ANP)与决策树分类的多项目风险评价模型.在建立项目风险评价指标体系基础之上,通过ANP确定各风险因素发生的可能性及其权重.应用"康斯坦茨信息挖掘工具"KNIME软件进行决策树分类,建立多项目风险等级评价模型,快速高效的应用于后续多个新项目风险等级评估.算例验证结果表明,该模型在准确评估多项目风险因素权重、快速确定多项目风险等级方面具有较强的实用性,为大型施工企业、政务部门提供科学依据.%Because of the uncertainty of the risk evaluation process and the complex inefficiency of evaluation method which due to the large number and nature of different projects in large-scale construction enterprise, this paper establishes the risk evaluation model of multi-project based on analytic hierarchy process (ANP)and decision tree classification. Based on the characteristic project risk assessment index system of construction, through ANP which determines the possibility of risk factors and weights, combining with KNIME software to deal with decision tree classification, finally this paper builds multi-project risk assessment model which will be applied to multiple new multi-project risk assessment fast and efficient. The numerical example results show that the model has a stronger practicability in assess of multi-project risk factors accurately and determining the risk level of multi-project quickly, which will provide a scientific basis for large-scale construction enterprises and government departments.
