大数据在建筑和城市工程领域的应用及发展综述

         

摘要

With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid growth of data resources, big data technologies has been applied to all aspects of our lives and it improves the quality of our life. In recent years, big data technologies are also becoming an important role in construction and urban engineering. It is important to improve its information level and to promote the development of construction industry. This paper firstly introduces the concept, characteristics and key steps of big data technologies, then analyzes the application status of big data in construction and urban engineering based on academic journals, finally summarizes the value of big data and puts forward proposals for the development of big data: ①solve the problem of insufficient data; ②realize intelligent construction; ③create smart cities.%随着信息技术的高速发展和数据资源的快速增长,大数据技术已经开始应用到我们生活的方方面面,改善了我们的生活质量。近年来,大数据技术也在建筑和城市工程领域发挥着重要作用,提高建筑业的信息化水平,促进建筑业的发展。本文首先介绍大数据的概念、特征及应用的关键步骤,然后基于学术期刊的视角分析大数据在建筑和城市工程领域的应用现状,并在此基础上总结大数据技术的价值,提出发展建议:①解决数据不足的难题;②实现智能化;③打造智慧城市。
