China's rapid economic development not only promoted the process of urbanization, but also brought the housing problem of urban population. In order to ensure the overall quality of life of residents, and ensure the rational distribution of housing resources and social fairness, public housing construction and policy implementation becomes very important. In this paper, through the study of the public housing policies of United States, Singapore and Germany Zhuhai City in China, the author puts forward some suggestions for perfecting the public housing policy.%我国经济的快速发展不仅推动了中国城市化的进程，也带来了城市人口的住房问题。为了保证居民总体的生活质量，确保住房资源的合理分配和社会的相对公平，公共住房的建设和政策实施变得尤为重要。本文通过研究具有代表性的美国、新加坡、德国的公共住房政策和国内珠海的公共住房政策，通过经验借鉴的形式，提出完善我国公共住房政策制定的建议。
