With the deepening of the smart grid construction and the gradual strengthening of the rural power grid, the weak characteristics of medium voltage and low-voltage distribution network, such as real-time responsibility, reliability, is gradually highlighted. This paper introduces comprehensive business needs of the rural power grid communication network, and the technical system of communication network in rural power has comparative analyzed. In view of the complicated characteristics of communication network, the paper designs a kind of whole construction route for rural power grid communication network, and puts forward the construction scheme of communication network in rural power grid which based on different basic conditions.%随着智能电网建设的深入推进和农村电网的逐步坚强，中压配网通信和低压配网通信实时性、可靠性程度相对薄弱的特点逐渐凸显。本文通过阐述农村电网通信网业务需求，对比剖析了农村电网通信网技术体制，针对复杂多样的通信网络特征，设计了农村电网通信网整体建设路线，并提出了在不同基础条件下的农村电网通信网建设方案。
