随着近年来国内外经济的高度发展，传统企业转型升级已成为其生存发展的必然选择。本文以天津市传统企业为分析和研究对象，在对天津市传统企业现状及目前存在的主要问题进行SWOT分析的基础上，提出“创新+”的概念，将管理、技术、组织、生产方式等方面的创新与企业深度融合，探讨如何通过创新要素驱动传统企业转型升级，并构建企业转型升级的路径，实现企业由产能驱动、性能驱动向创新驱动发展，最后提出企业未来发展的建议。%With high level of economic development at home and abroad in recent years, the transformation and upgrading have become the inevitable choice of many traditional enterprises to survival and development. This paper takes traditional enterprise in Tianjin as the analysis and the research object, based on the SWOT analysis of traditional enterprises' present situation and the existing main problems in Tianjin to put forward the concept of "innovation +", and integrate management, technology, organization and mode technology of production innovation with enterprises, discuss how to drive transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises through innovative elements, and build the path of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, to realize enterprise development from capacity-driven, performance-driven to innovation-driven. Finally it puts forward proposals for future development.
