当前社会对既有居住建筑绿色化改造工作的成本投入与回报认识并不清晰，改造工作具有较强的外部效应，衍生出的资金问题阻碍了改造的顺利进行。文章主要对改造过程中的以下问题进行研究：如何科学的衡量绿色化改造的增量成本与效益，为既有居住建筑绿色化改造的经济效益分析建立系统的分析框架和计算方法。%The current society's impression of the cost and return on the green transformation is not clear,the work has a strong external effect,financial problem from which hinder the smooth progress of the transformation. This paper mainly studies the following problems:How to measure the incremental cost and benefit of green transformation, establish an analysis framework and calculation method for the economic benefit analysis of green transformation of existing residential building.
