Higher vocational college teachers' practice in enterprise has promoted the development of professional competence of professional teachers and the improvement of practical teaching level,and promoted the construction of "dual-qualified" teachers in vocational education,but the enthusiasm of teachers is not enough,the supervision and management mechanism is not perfect,and enterprises are not so enthusiastic.Therefore,it is necessary to further promote the "industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation" talent cultivation mechanism and mode,expand the forms of teachers practice in enterprises,to realize all benefits of school,enterprise and teachers.Based on the research resuhs of higher vocational college teachers' practice in enterprise in China,this paper studies the concrete countermeasures for professional development of teachers through practice in enterprise.%高职院校教师进行企业实践活动促进了专业课程教师职业能力的发展和实践教学水平的提高,推动了职教“双师型”师资队伍建设.但是教师积极性不够,学校的监督管理机制不健全,企业热情不高.因此,需要深入推进“产教融合、校企合作”的人才培养机制并和模式,拓展教师企业实践形式,实现校、企、教师三方共赢.本文参照国内高职院校专业教师到企业实践的研究成果,探讨了高职院校教师通过企业实践活动,实现专业发展的具体对策.
