Vocational education and training in ethnic minority areas have developed comparatively backward constrained by multiple factors such as social,economic,ect.To promote regional development in minority communities,the study puts forward synergetic strategies of implementing supplementary vocational education among local educational authorities and regional vocational colleges on the basis of interviews and on-the-spot investigations in the two types of institutes.The approach is not only important for setting up an well-organized framework within which the vocational education develops soundly in a balanced,sustainable and endogenous way and local economics thrives,but for constructing regional financial system and a harmonious development of social justice in ethnic minority areas as well.%民族地区职业教育现状受限于社会、经济、文化等多种因素制约,发展迟滞,通过职业教育补偿机制推进民族地区发展,使之生态平衡,这一问题亟待解决.通过对民族地区教育行政部门和民族地区相关学校进行走访调查,提出民族地区职业教育补偿与精准扶贫对策,以期为民族地区职业教育精准扶贫提供行之有效的建议.
