Strengthening the management of natural gas pipeline is of great significance to its safe operation and quality improvement.In view of the main risk factors of third party destruction and defects of the pipeline itself,the paper puts forward four safety operation management measures:system construction,safety education and training,natural safety improvement,and routine inspection,and establishes four control measures for pipeline welding,piping design,construction materials and reliable operation,so as to ensure the operation quality of natural gas transmission pipelines.%强化天然气输送管道管理对其安全运行和质量提升具有十分重要的意义,针对第三方破坏及管道本身缺陷两方面的主要风险影响因素,提出制度体系建设措施、安全教育培训措施、提升本质安全措施、日常巡查检查措施四项安全运行管理措施,并建立管道焊接、管道设计、建设材料、运行可靠等“四个管控”对策,保障天然气输送管道运行质量.
