多品种预制梁场需求不均衡状态下制梁台座规模优化算法

         

摘要

Aiming at the singleness of the pedestal scale optimization algorithm of multiple prefabricated beam field under unbalanced demand,the whole prefabrication process is divided into k sub-processes,and for each sub-process,the method of integer programming is used to establish mathematical model to solve the beam pedestal,and finally select the sub-process to meet the maximum demand rate to determine the number of beam pedestal,so as to effectively solve the problem of multiple prefabricated beam field pedestal size optimization under unbalanced demand.The example shows that the number of beam pedestals calculated by this method can avoid the establishment of redundant pedestal type,and the coordination between different beams and different pedestals can be ensured.%针对于在需求不均衡条件下的预制梁制梁台座规模优化算法在预制梁种类方面的单一性,文章将整个预制过程分为了k个子过程,针对于每个子过程利用整数规划的方法建数学模型,求解制梁台座,最后选出满足最大需求率的子过程,确定制梁台座的数目,有效的解决需求不均衡状态下多品种预制梁场台座规模的优化问题.实例表明,利用此方法所计算出的制梁台座数目,可以避免设立多余的台座类型,并确保不同梁和不同台座之间的协调.
