Scientific research management plays an important role in promoting the management level and innovation ability of a university,especially with the rapid development of the science and technology recently.However,it still faces challenges from many aspects,for instance,the remained research integrity problem,the weaker management capacity,and the imperfect construction of research team and so on.This paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions on the corresponding problems of the scientific research management in colleges and universities.%目前,我国高校科技事业快速发展,高校科研管理在提升科研管理水平和科研竞争力中发挥着重要作用.然而,高校科研管理仍然面临着许多问题和挑战,如科研诚信问题,科研管理能力不强,科研团队建设有待加强.文章针对高校科研管理中存在的问题提出了相应的对策与建议.
