基于智慧社区O2O服务模式研究

         

摘要

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development and the governments at all levels promote the "Intelligent City" in the country from the 12th Five-Year plan.The intelligent community is the most basic unit of intelligent city,is an important practice of the city residents to experience the intelligent city out of work.Under this background,this paper discusses the service model of the intelligent community O2O.Through the study it is found that China's traditional property is facing three main problems,that is,the value of the property company is low,and the surrounding businesses do not achieve Pareto optimal,developers are difficult to obtain a sales premium.In order to solve this problem,the author thinks that the community service of O2O should establish the whole community service supply chain with the property as the center,and the supply chain can be extended in the later operation to realize the increment.%国家住房及城乡建设部和各级政府从十二五规划开始,在全国范围大力推广“智慧城市”,智慧社区是智慧城市的最基本组成单元,是居民工作之外感受智慧城市的重要体验实践.在此背景下本文探讨了智慧社区O2O的服务模式,通过研究发现我国传统物业主要面临三方面的问题,即物业公司价值低,与周边商家未实现帕累托最优和开发商难以获得销售溢价,为解决问题本文认为智慧社区O2O服务应以物业为中心建立整个社区服务供应链,并且在后期运营中可以延长供应链,实现增值.
