近年来,我国通用航空业发展迅速,通航飞行员需求量快速增长,飞行员短缺将严重制约该行业的后期发展.本文从我国通航飞行员现行培养模式着手,结合我国现行培养模式存在的不足,探索构建适合我国国情的通航飞行员培养模式.%Recently,general aviation industry has been developed rapidly in China,which leads to the market demand of pilots increasing rapidly.And the shortage of pilots will restrict the development of the industry seriously.Combined with the shortcomings of current training mode,this paper explores the construction of pilots training mode that is suitable for China's national conditions.
