Based on the analysis of the present situation of the development and comprehensive utilization of coal resources in Heilongjiang Province,the paper analyzed the factors that affect the economic benefits of comprehensive utilization of coal resources and has built a model of comprehensive utilization of coal resources,and finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the comprehensive utilization of coal resources in Heilongjiang Province.%本文在对黑龙江省煤炭资源发展及综合利用现状分析的基础上,分析了影响煤炭资源综合利用经济效益的因素,并构建了煤炭资源综合利用系统模型,最后提出黑龙江省煤炭资源综合利用对策和建议.
